Description He knew not where he was headed, yet all at the same time, he did. A path solely weaved upon the virtues he clung onto, what he vowed to fulfil for a cause that was not even his own. He believed that fate itself had foretold this journey and that he was to merely reap what he had sown.

A hazy purpose, sought passionately by a wandering soul, living a life clouded with uncertainty and ambiguity.
A photographer who habitually drew everything onto himself. For a sake /other/ than himself.

He wanted to devise a way to piece things back together to the way they once were; a means to dispel and calm the conflict that had sprouted in a rage of suspicion and distrust, and a process, to bring back the most radiant, genuine of smiles from the ones he firmly held close.
A decision to obscure Rika’s darkness, in order to save everyone the shock and a choice to take everything into his own hands, in order to save everyone the worry— and he would heed not in the slightest to how potentially tumultuous this plan could turn out to be.

In a sense, he had spent late nights, meticulously piecing together an ideal tomorrow in his mind without any clarity or direction on how to get there; he had lost himself at the end of the maze, with no clue on how to even march towards it.

When the date of the anticipated annual RFA party arrived, a row of his own photographs sat on the exhibition shelf- ones which he had intended to donate to the party for a good cause.
As brilliant and awe-inspiring as they were, the photographer somehow lacked the igniting passion that had once laced itself brightly into his words whenever he answered a myriad of questions from any curious guests.

For even as the man stood upon the podium to make an announcement to welcome those into the grand party venue itself—it was subtly clear that his mind was elsewhere.

Absent from the present, as he worked his thoughts to conjure a solution to this tangled, conundrum of a puzzle.

As the sound of glasses clinked, hands applauded and feet shuffled.
This one, celebratory and meaningful event that everyone worked hard to bring to life was thriving.
All names were ticked off on the member attendance sheet. Including V.

However… while he had physically attended in-person as promised, he was not fully there.

V dreamed about what would come next, but in turn, had completely forgotten about the present.

The jovial cheers and excited chatter, the extravagant outfits and even the magnificently delivered speeches from everyone.

Despite being in a crowded room filled with bustling celebration:

all of this, felt empty.
