The lightest colors go down first.

With darker colors first, it's harder to make a correction if the lines go down in a way that you don't like.

The designs in my gallery are solely for the use of my customers who originally paid to have me custom design them and they are not for public use or any kind of alteration other than myself or my clients. I've researched your username on here b/c someone posted a pic with your watermark on it. I'm waiting to find it to post a comment on it and ask you if it was alright for them to use it. I'd say decidedly not... but it was free advertisement... and they are (to my knowledge) not getting any monetary profit from it....

What program do you use to create this kind of artwork? Cuz every time I google anime wolves on google, it comes up with these kinds of wolves with the same textures/feature/designs. I was just curious as how you make something like this...

I REALLY admire your art. My favorite animal is a wolf, and i also enjoy drawing. You are my hero and have inspired me to do more art... all of which involve wolves. I really like your work, and i was wondering if you would like to be friends with me.

The commissioner wanted a blue-eyed brownish wolf similar to the Lyanti I drew a few years ago. I didn't want to copy Lyanti's wolf so I changed the dark browns to something with a more detailed markings and lighter colors. The blue tribals are different as well. Pretty much the only similarity between this wolf and Lyanti's is the fact that they are both bedecked in blue tribal swirls and have blue eyes. Not really something that a person can copyright.

yeah.. just saying that it reminds me of Lyanti a bit too much. not from a copyright point of view, but just personal opinion.
I for one would've not accepted the commission if someone had asked me, but that's just me. you're free to do what ever pleases you.
