Spinel is a butterfly who lives in Jewel Meadow. She's a year older than Princess Lapis Lazuli and they've played together since they were little. Spinel claims to be a "human connoisseur." So, Lapis often brings the human treasures she finds in the meadow and asks her how they work and what they're used for.Her wings are inspired by the eighty-eight butterfly.
