Commander Cathrine Louisiana of the Star Adder Protectorate.

The Star Adder Protectorate was formed after the end of the Human Covenant war to help protect Outer Colonies and to develop new technologies to aid humanity in protecting themselves from outside sources. Many of the Protectors are former UNSC marines and ODSTs, and many carry old UNSC equipment.

After the War, Cathrine joined them in an effort to aid them in protecting those the UNSC couldn't. This would push her into a Commanding role in the Protectorate.
