Yeah, this is what happens when a primarily furry artist watches the Naruto Hundo on Cartoon network. Anyways.Naruto is a red fox (omg how original1!!1), Kakashi is a german shepherd/wolf mix (his markings are straight from my dog, Strife, only he's grey instead of brown and black), Sasuke is a Shikoku inu, and Sakura is a cinnamon Shiba inu.
Naruto is the product of the Naruto peeps, and I guess the furry parodies are mine. Bleh!
Microns, prismacolor markers, and white gel pen on 70 lb paper.

And this is why furry Artists should draw more. Because they are often times totally kickass.
I actually like the symbolism in this picture with Naruto being a fox, while all the others are dogs. It shows that Naruto is seperate and apart from the rest of them.

I liked episode 1 of Naruto. Episode 2 should have had him begin his slow transformation into what you got here.
In stead, it was ninjas ninjas ninjas. I felt like I was watching the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers ... and the "morphing" was them changing into their costumes.
But I'm a stickler for furry transformation so..
