I proudly present "SIMEIS" - the twins nebulae.For the past 10 days I spent every free minute on this piece. I came up with 3 different compositions and finally kept the one I liked most.
Those planets almost drove me crazy, took me a lot of hard work to get them right. Surprisingly I noticed that they looked much better with a less detailed texture.
As always the hardest part for me was the starfield and the lensflares.
Hope they are satisfactory.

Wow.....everything's really awsome.....love the flare.
The only bit I'm not sure on is....and I don't know if anyone else has said this yet, but the really dark little planet. It just looks out of place to me......all the other planets are relativley light compared to it.....I don't know.
Other than that, I'm very impressed

the only thing i kind of dont like is the pinkish lens flare. but everything else is so good that it doesnt take away from the rest of the piece

I believe the main thing I love about this picture is the attention to detail. You really delved into making it as detailed as you could. This picture also has a great depth to it, not sure if you explored that or if it just came out. In any case, it's definitely worth a

the nebulas look really mad, i love all the colours and shade you have chosen. You just had to add in the massive lens flare didn't you? ahh. the planets were a nice touch the textures dont look that bad. I have started making a planet scene with your tuts but im not getting that far, im hangin in there and hopefully by the end of this year i will have one finished. Thanks again mate.
