Art I did for Ben Bruck some time ago and never got around to putting up here. At some point I posted it up on my Tumblr page.Taiko Hadashi was Ben's character for the Savage Tide AP, a tengu (back then kenku) shugenja from an isolated mountain monastery of tengu that had turned their back on regular society so they could honor the spirits of the wind. A complicated backstory involving a magical mirror, a child from another alternate reality, and a lie to save his brother from punishmnt led Taiko to being exiled from the monastery until he could acquire a feather from Pazuzu without calling him directly or committing an evil act- basically exiled forever.
'Course, that wasn't so, and Taiko had one of the longest, strangest side-stories I've ever had the pleasure of running, which, considering it also was in a campaign with a character who found a dozen clones of herself walking around being drafted into an assassin's guild by her from-the-good-reality-but-still-evil twin, says something. It was a really good game.
With this AP taking folks into the low epics as-written, Taiko is one of the most powerful PCs we've ever had, in a career running from 2nd (we started higher because it was only a group of 3) to 22nd level after beating the final boss, with a cohort that started as a hired porter, then went on to be an essential part of the crew's frontline damage output. At any rate, far too much backstory to shove in here.
For you guys? Eh, just some art to look at and use as you wish, I suppose. Folks seem to like the tengu. So enjoy!

What, like, as a print? I've got it set up so folks can use them as they wish, commercially or noncommercially, for free, but I would not say no to monetary compensation for it.

I'm not super-into the idea of intellectual property ownership, so I've set up all my recent art under a Creative Commons Attribution license: creativecommons.org/licenses/b…
It technically requires you give me credit for the work, but I'm just a guy and couldn't possibly check up on how my art's being used in every instance, so I entirely trust the honor system on that.
It's free to use for whatever you'd like, whether personal or professional, as you see fit. Put it on a coaster, use it in a book, whatever you wish. Paying me is optional and appreciated, but you could use it as-is right now and not throw a dime my way.
If you want to commission new art that you'd like to claim as your own property, that's a different thing, but for this piece, feel free to use it however you wish!

Well, what's the end-goal for the buying? Like, you want to buy it as a print? Buy it to publish it along with other stuff? Buy it to use exclusively in perpetuity?
Option 1 we can work something out by me literally hitting a few buttons on dA.
Option 2 you can do for free. Forever. However much you like.
Option 3 is unavailable, unless you're literally talking an unreasonable sum. Like, "put my stepdaughter through college" level. I provide the work for free because I believe in intellectual disobedience, and I figure setting the price on buying extant art for exclusive usage in the bare-minimum 6-figure range likely sends the message that it's free to all or EXTREMELY pricey to one.
Sorry if I'm coming off as harsh, I just don't know really what your goal is here. You can take it, you can repost it, you can reuse it, remix it, put it on T-shirts, coasters, and coffee mugs without paying me a dime. What thing do you want that costs money? If your goal is to be the only person who owns the file, not only is that impossible (it's been online on my Tumblr for a year or more, and on dA long enough that 3 people have downloaded it) but you're asking to buy an art piece that is exclusive to you, which the internet does not do well.
If I'm missing your end-goal, lemme know.
