This is joe. he's the first of his species i've drawn so i kinda focused on anatomy and came up with his actual design at the last second without a lot of thought, so he looks a bit dopey, imo XP oh well. i'm pretty happy with the lizardy people in general. tail should maybe be a tad higher though? hmm....
