looks like a necromancer went to town on a zombie dragon, especially the wings- the don't lok like flight flaps anymore, just tons of extra muscles intended to get the poor thing in the air... or deliver one hell of a wallop. I like the wallop.
... and the chin horn reminds me of the rathian from MHF2.
