It does sound like a weird magical spell doesn't it?
This is my entry to DrawWithJazza's PokeMashup Challenge. It's a combination of Gyarados and Alakazam. What I had in mind with this mashup was a combination of Poseidon/Gorgon/Merman... mythical guardian stuff. I drew him in a chamber surrounded by a waterfall, where he glares at any pokemon trainer that dares to challenge him. He uses his giant magical spoons to battle the challenger (yes, I know they look more like giant q-tips...)
