She looks adorable. The colors add to the cuteness too, and I like how you managed to make the skirt look light and a bit airy and with nice draping too.
The coloring is nice, and you have a good grasp on shading.
My only comment is that she seems a little too broad shouldered, and her legs just a wee bit too far apart. Keep practicing on your anatomy, and I'm sure you'll get far.
