What a wonderful idea. I love black and white photos. But there is something about bringing color and intertwining the two worlds togther.
There was a scene in Schindler's List.....in which a little girl was wearing a bright red cape and the entire scene was black and white.....The girl stood out so much.
Though the movie is very sad, and by no means is your image sad, it reminds me of that movie. *she shrugs her solders*
Amazing work, and great idea. I love it.

very thought provoking. The forest seems to have that 'I am not holier then thou art' yet in striving to be what it isn't it simple seems to accept that it is just a forest. It may be me, because I love walking in the woods but its really touching. You are who you see in that mirror.

This reminds me of a song by "Nightwish, Elvenpath". A mystical shot, like a portal to another dimension.

Hey. Long time no see.
Neat idea. Have you thought about making just an image in colors? Like reflection is a world all by itself. While mirror with its frame belong here in the world of two colors.
