Skipper:Leader of the Penguin commandos;he devises tactics and gives orders. Calculating and nearly unflappable, Skipper's raving paranoia and tendency to view everything as a military operation, combined with his experience in covert ops, has driven him to prepare for nearly any situation, no matter how bizarre or unlikely.Puss in Boots:Shrek's friend and sidekick. He is a smooth-talking cat with a Spanish accent, and usually wears a cavalier's hat, a belt with a sword, a small black cape, and small Corinthian boots.

I bet theyΒ΄ll realize that both are incredibly skilled fighters compared to the remaining members of their species and Skipper invites our little kitty cat into his troup.
I mean, having someone as agile, swift and stealthy as a cat, who can also be incredibly adorable, canΒ΄t be disadvantageous, right?

This is a tough one, we have two cunning, experienced, tenacious and highly skilled adventurers going head to head.Β Β Skipper holds the advantage when it comes to hand to hand although, Puss is skilled enough to make him work for it.Β Likewise, while Puss is obviously the better swordsman, Skipper has shown that he's no armature at fencing either.Β However, Skipper is able to handle a large variety of long range weaponry and as far as I know PussΒ is not.Β As much as I adore Puss, I'm going to have to go with Skipper.Β

On dry land Skipper has no chance because pussy is much faster. Skipper to win must move the fight to the water then Skipper would not have any no problems.

I go with Skipper. Puss on boots can be fast and have a sword, but Skipper has the mind of a madman military and he defeated villains as Dr. Blowhole, his double android, The Officer X etc ...
Anyway it will not be an easy battle, Puss on boots could beat that villains easily.
