The Cursed Cowardly - Guilty - Wishful Thinker - Endurant - Lonely
Another (although probably forgotten) tool of Hannibal’s, wherever Aqua goes, natural disasters follow. Because of this curse’s effect, he is unable to stay in one place for long and so as he travels, he spreads weather destruction to lands far and wide. The benefit to this is that through this chaos herds that may have been Aether or Ares oriented or ambivalent, are segmented or weakened to the point where their circumstances are so dire that they are either driven to desperate means such as joining the legion, separating in smaller overpowered groups, or even death. Even if the following didn’t happen, at the very least another small part of Aether’s creation is marred.

However, the intentions and the aftermath do not reflect Regia’s opinions at all; his service to the lowlord owed to less having to do with any worship or a wish to reborn the earth but simply repaying a debt. Any benefits of such a debt was now scoured by witnessing destruction that follows him upon innocents. The forest Ballator runs to the ends of the earth seeking lands that are desolate but so far he has just come upon more and more inhabited lands and so he must continue running.

Guilt consumes Aqua daily, so often when he comes across others he comes off as panicky and fear mongering as he often starts his encounters with urging them to leave their lands. He’s quite tightly wound but honestly, he just wants to give up and rest. Give up any responsibility of what happens because of his decisions and the affects it has on others. To rest. He’s currently try to outrun this apathy, to try to reach a place where his apathy doesn’t have any negative consequences.

Quirks:
-The longer he remains in a place, the worst the natural disasters are, hence his refusal to stop moving.
-Usually these disasters take the form of storms but occasionally can take other forms. Often these events happen between a day to two days after his appearance.
-He wants to avoid pain by any cost, often panicking when he thinks a predator or vengeful ballator is near by. He’ll tell them anything they want to hear to leave him alone, be it reality or not.
-Is beginning to gain a reputation as a sign of ill omen, which to be fair, is completely accurate.
-Instead of using this curse to have an impact on either side of the high and low lords, he is stuck seeing himself as a victim versus a possible asset. He’d rather cause unavoidable damage to all, innocents included, than intentional damage to targets.

- Spots go in a certain flow, they don't have to be exact but it is greatly preferred if you don't just throw the spots all over the coat.
-White eye is only on left side but otherwise both sides are the same
-Loooong wavy hair, please don't shorten or tie it up <3
-Most of the hair is black because the spots of the appaloosa

Oh my gosh, I'm so happy after a year of wanting to give the boy a serious ref update, it's finally here with his story and art <3 Last year I was so close to selling him because...well you know how well first-self-made-eb designs go  I'm so so ecstatic that skin changer worked out because he's my first and now my favorite~
