Tokyo looks really amazing (東京は素晴らしいです。), Those are the characters from my friend, she drew the characters, and I color and edit the background for her.

I want to give credit for her manga artwork. She is really impressed.

Of course the city is Akihabara or Akiba is town district of Tokyo, and I use dodge tool to lighten up the background to make it look like a anime style of background.
