YAY, MORE FUCKING CHARACTER DESIGNING. x_x

Anyways, 19-year-old Mephos, the leader of Scissors. The gang that's not really a gang, but more of how Skully describes it to Soda when Backmask first starts up, a "freaky gothic cult of Satanists".
Meph is the guy that knows everything about the city and nearly every gang, thanks to the members of Scissors being almost everywhere at all times and picking up all sorts of information before anyone else. They seriously get everywhere, and have even been known to use sewers as transport routes before.

Meph is actually quite a deranged and freaky guy. Simple reason, fucked up childhood and past = fucked up person.
He first became a Satanist at the age of 10. He moved to the City when he was 13, and by 14 already had a number of "followers". The cult just grew from there.
He's naturally an influential and leadership type of person. Come on, he's converted Catholics into Satanists

He's even more emotionless than Soda, infact it may be safe to say he truely doesn't feel anything at all. He's one of those people where words mean nothing to him, and nothing can scare him. Even at the end of a knife, he won't flinch. He's put up with shit his entire life, and has been stabbed, beaten up and close to death too many times to count, but has always come out alive and well. He claims it's Satan watching over him. He's immortal.

The symbol behind him is the oh-so-original logo for Scissors. If you find yourself in a particularly dark and quiet part of the city and see that tagged around everywhere, it's best to beat it out of there straight away if you're not a friend of the cult.

In terms of relationships with other gangs and people, he gets along fine with Soda, Funeral and Godfather in Backmask, and likes Spike and Media in Fish a lot. Him and Skully appear friendly, but it's mainly just mutual respect seeming as they're leaders of 2 of the most dominant gangs in the city, plus they're allies. They've got in numerous arguments before.

Sooo yeah. Meph's another important character I needed to finish working on. Backmask and Fish would struggle in many situations without his help, and he does tonsa legendary things such as turning up to a big rumble to aid them, with all 102 Scissor members, when they were only expecting backup of about 15. xD And he personally saves Media's life at one point, which Skully has to thank him a 100 times over for.
