Did you know that this year makes for 4oth anniversary of the original magazine? Read that there is a Heavy Metal art show going on in California. I wish I'd go there, but I live far and it's quite bonkers since I've already went to a convention this year. haha

I loved the DEN story myself, But the Taarna ending was still very awesome. Heavy Metal Magazine is celebrating its 40 yr as a magazine and the latest cover is a painting featuring Taarna fighting a monster. Its pretty kick-ass. Type in HEAVY METAL Magazine and youll see it. She has her back to the viewer as shes fighting this big green creature.
