he helped me with tips on how to do it. it would have came out a thousand times better if he colored it.

But he can't draw! and I think draw is more difficult than coloring. If You learn it, You'll be self-contained. But it won't be good news for Thisisanton. He'll be out of employment. I like Him, but I wish You luck in learn.

He can draw. His thing is drawing backgrounds not characters (that's where I come in)

Hmmm maybe, but in my opinion, backgrounds are static so ipso facto are easier to draw.

i can't draw background well. they come out with the wrong perspective most of the time.

My personal opinion respect to coloring is amaizing, cause you can give the apperiance to old paper and wonderfull effects on her, then I think you made this like professionals, awesome work, congratulations ...
