From personal experience, yes, he kinda is. Not really...bad so much as just pathetic and offensive.

Upset me? Well...that'd be hard to figure out cause I normally don't really get upset over anything he says. Mostly just stare in shock.
Probably the most offensive thing was when he was telling Robin William's daughter to basically "get over it" about her dad's death.
Nah, he's just...really...stupid mostly. Blocks anyone that even remotely seems like they might have the slightest fraction of negativity in their post. I forget just why he blocked me but it was probably when I said that if things were as "dumbed down" as he wanted them to be we'd never have things like Dragon Ball or Ninja Turtles or nothin'...or I just suggested something on how he could improve in his art. To him that's worthy of blocking. He's the ONLY person I've ever heard of that has maxed out their Deviant Art blocking count. After that he just left Deviant Art and tries to get people to give him money on Patreon which he doesn't even understand that that's not supposed to be used as your source of income and says there's problems with the site when they aren't. His latest stunt was where a fan sent him Undertale (a new game) as a present and he couldn't get it to run so he said he'd have to just refund it for the money and then asked his fans if anyone can send him a console version of Minecraft.
