I'd like to go on the record as saying I really like quirky and weird designs for Pokemon. It's really silly to me how a lot of Genwunners accuse newer Pokemon of being unoriginal, but I think that it takes someone taking the subject matter and running with it in an unconventional way (i.e. making Pokemon out of crazy stuff like Trubbish and Klefki, for example) that truly shows originality. Surely, the Pokemon based on generic cats and dogs and things like Muk and Seel are the epitome of unoriginal. I love designing crazy looking Pokemon.
Anyway, that was a rant, but also a segue into Dandrum, which is literally based on a toxic waste drum (although it does kind of look like a coffee cup!) and Dandroid, a robot. Both are Steel/Nuclear-Types with colour schemes based on a hazmat suit, down to the light blue nitrile gloves. Dandroid has good Defence and Special Attack.
Creeca and Phobinid are Bug/Ghost-Types and are based on the concept of arachnophobia. I don't have it, but daddy longlegs do kind of look ominous. They were originally Steel instead of Bug, with long metal limbs and pincers, but I didn't think it looked right, so I just turned them into straight up spiders. Phobinid has high HP and Speed, with decent Attack.
