Critique time! My main and probs the only bone to pick is that Minnie is looking very animu here. Like with lycoris, I agree that her smile is really bothering me. If you look at reference pictures for Mickey and Minnie, their mouths stretch all the way from one cheek to another. I bet if you were to lengthen her smile to be roughly that length and patch the shading of her lower face so it won't look so flat, it'll be fine~ Got some proportional issues with her nose. Nothing too big, but it's noticeable.
And I do believe you're still rushing. Considering how neat and clean your lines are, I don't think the areas where one color runs onto another and those blank spots that have yet to be colored, are meant to be intentional and stylistic.

Considering this is the first time you've drawn an anthropomorphic character before, I think this is amazing! I think if I had to pick something out I didn't like, I'd say it is her smile. xD Honestly I can't find anything wrong with this.
