This won't be up for long. Just need some help. These are the flat colors, but I think I'll add some shading since it will be the main page image. Is it too awful? What could make it not suck so much?Related content

Personally, I love it! But there is something a bit odd about her mouth... on the right side. Her muzzle may need to be a bit bigger to compensate for the mouth and the smile, or maybe realign the mouth with the thin muzzle... dunno, just my thoughts! ^^ I love it, though, you have done really nicely!!

*nods* I think the tilt and the confusing lines are the biggest issues. But the color...hrm. I'm just not too sure on it. I think I need to see it against the background before I change it though.

Think about your shilouette. The pose is very closed... this sometimes works but not here because the chest is so busy with the paws and the scarf. Next time thinking about breaking that up in a different way. Besides that all looks nice! Form gets funky on the right leg.

Yeah I'd just keep some rim light on the paws to pop them away from everything else. Next time also think about how her ass/tail would lay flat on the ground. I'm guessing since this is for the webpage it's more of a floating type image, but, you know what I'm saying. It gives it weight and pressure. Little stuff like that like is the difference between good art and great art.

well, to me, so far, the flat colors look very very good, the only advisement I could give you is maybe some shading for some of the texture of the fur.....otherwise, this picture is very good....I hope to see it with a good background

As of right now...kind of doing art for a living. Had to quit my night job as it was seriously screwing up my health, and I thought it would be a good point in my life to see if I can sell some of my old paintings and make some new ones. I don't take any animation classes, but I would really love to learn how to animate properly! Let's see, secrets, secrets....oh, and my diary is buried in my third dresser drawer, and I used to watch "the A-Team".

I think her back feet are slightly incongruous with her very feminine front paws, but that could just be a style thing too, and certainly nothing that I woud've tagged as looking 'bad'
