This is my entry for the Christmas anime contest forBasically, it's based on the vulpixfairy and vulpix on their first day out for Christmas. Decked out in their Christmas best, they are playing in the snow ^^ but what's this that the vulpixfairy found? What strange plant is this?
Vulpix is the only element of fanart whereas everything is of my own. I sketched them out with a scenery and then inked them. I used watercolor paints to paint the figures and the mistletoe. Then I used color pencils to color in in the background and the snow they are on. After coloring in the figures, I inked them over again to embolden the lines. For the last touch, I added wind swirls in the background with a brush ink pen.
I hope it's worth it in the competition. An Early Happy Christmas!! And Adieu for now! I'm off to Singapore!

UWAH! Kinda reminds me of those little girl cartoons in the eighties, where they features rainbows all the time. (My little pony, care bears, that sort of thing) Very cute!

OH MY FRICKIN' GOSH!! THAT'S LIKE SO BEAUTIFUL!! It must of tooken you quite awhile to do all that detail on her dress but it was totally worth it. That is just beautiful!

This is fantassstic! I love the colors, the detail..everything is just beautiful! I love the girl's hair especially..so shiny and pretty! I love the detail on her dress, and of course the Vulpix looks adorable with the gems in her hair. Great background as well!
