Description
A last minute submission for a contest hosted by King-Gojira I incorporated quite a few major notes that the host liked while trying to keep the palette easy on the eyes. This design is a komodo dragon/shark hybrid; I got a bit of literal inspiration from tiger sharks so I decided to give this guy markings that look sort of like edge tiger stripes. I grappled for a while with the idea of the rainbow teeth; while it was another note the host likes, they don't like pink/purple paired w/ green,which is a prominent part of the color scheme. So, I've a version with the rainbow teeth is that more to their liking. Started/finished 3/3.
