Description
This is for my friend . XDBased on a self-character drawing she did for our doujin/art group. I asked her and a few others to do a self-character and she did something like a chibi and sent it to me. So this is based on that chibi drawing. I sometimes like to make characters more human so hehehe...
Plus I thought red hair was nice. XD The fangs were added by me entirely; kinda thought it would look cute on her self-character. :3 Fangs~~~!!! Ryoga~~~ <3 <3
It's a bit sloppy at some parts, wanted to work on it more, but I'm feeling rather terrible and hungry or something like that, ehe. >_<'''
Gonna go eat meat dumplings! And the festival isn't even here yet! (the chinese festival where you eat these triangular dumplings which typically has glutinous rice, meat, chestnut(or sumthing) in it and steam it. It's also wrapped up in pandan leaves! XD it's yummy! Supposedly originated when a guy drowned in some lake and they came up with the idea to make and throw dumplings into the river to appease the poor fella's spirit.)

8) I used a few colours? I originally used a sort of dirty colour then used shades of other colours like red cuz her hair is red and coloured over those areas lightly. it blends a bit it and it isn't too starkly coloured to stand out very much.
The tie was some sort of purple colour. then later I used a dirty dark grey, almost black to shade it and highlighted the tie with a bit o white to make it look shiny. like velvet/satin, that kind of thing. X) sounds confusing?

Well it depends on what style you're aiming for. Some people do some really nice colouring that's like those really 'anime' pictures. you know, very solid colouring. I don't really prefer such colouring so I tend to go for the ones that er....give me a bit more freedom imo. XD I sometimes use more shades. but that's only if you don't go along the light-medium-dark streak for one colour and opt for including other colours like purple or red.
Even though it might take long, you should try it.

I did that when I hadn't gotten my tablet yet. (if you've seen my earlier pis here) And ended up getting callouses and/or blisters at the bottom of my palms. I tortured my poor hand. -_-
