I believe so, the actual pen label reads "rolling ball" and it's extra fine. You can actually get them it large packs just at Walmart or the grocery store. "Precise V5" from Pilot if you want them. (They're like, $3 for 10 pens.)

Thank you! It took a while for me to draw Richard so that it actually looks like him. (He's MUCH easier to draw correctly than Misha. XD) Wings are always fun to draw even if they take up all the time. :3 Thank you again~
