lol, I wouldn't get fat.. but I just don't like being out of shape, a bag of bones with no muscular strength at all also I recently increased the weights for my training. It's nearly impossible to do now

I was taking the most spectacular nap in my comfy bed with my soft kitties ), but then I remember dad is paying for it and feel bad for not going. And the pains aren't bad at all. Yeah, but I want to get some meat on me before I start doing anything. Really, you're supposed to eat as you build muscle... but I'd rather a little more be there first.

First day? I usually feel it for forever. j/k. I usually get the most pain in my arms, but my abdominals and stuff are usually fine. Oh, but sometimes my legs can get all afjkjfksjksj. It's weird, I haven't exercised in AGES, but everything has disappeared except for the definition in my abs and chest. Could be a lot better, though.

I'd go with Ndesu, personally. He's quite a catch. Though I fear that the bodies on his lovely belt are his past lovers.
