or have something like those frog looking things that came out of the prego in dead space downfall and have them shoot out tenticals like in the Thing move and combine parts and pieces and make more necros

Yep. Well the last one isn't That Bad. I think. İt still has nice necromorphs & graphics.

The gameplay of the last one was compromissed by the new weapons. the necromorphs became too fast and you didnt have to severe their limbs anymore, just blow them without thinking

While ı agree it İs compromissing; personally I wasn't so good at creating new weapons; ı simply play the game with Classics ones.
But most of the necromorph are unexpectedly fast; quite right
But ı had enough dimembert at Stalkers, Leapers & the Alien necromorphs; those guys give good hints for severing
