So, i was bored in broadcasting, and we're supposed to explore a program and i chose photoshop. I grabbed this pic from my friend . I then used a tutorial to make it look like this. Its supposed to look like a city starting to get destroyed by a nuclear wave.Russia: Krunchypuddin's sister
