Regardless, I still think this is pretty awesome. Digital paint, right? Oil or acrylic? How long would you say it took you?
As for critique, I think (compared to the rest of the details on the face and body) the tip of the right ear looks really flat with all of the light shining on it. Try to find a way to round it out and add more depth to it. And where's your light source coming from? Because you have the bright shine on the left side of the neck and hair, and then the light shining on the right side of the face and right ear.
