umm.. actually it's my entry for * ellaine contest.. but i treat it more like an excuse to draw Richard and Ivory from her Dollhouse project.. I love this pair.. and i treat it sort of emotional.. what i see reminds me of my attitude and feelings, i'm also desigining many realitionships in my comics the way i can see in *ellaine pics..i'm not satisfied with the technical part here, didn't turn out good enough, but i still like the atmosphere here..

nice work; i like the coloring and background; those are done absolutely flawless! the way you colored Richard's clothes is just outstanding, as well as Ivory's hair and dress. i love the composition, it's static, but stll cool. unfortunately, i can see some major anathomic errors, like the size and placement of Ivory's head.. when i'm comparing it to her arms, it appears to be about 20% too big. Richard and Ivory aren't drawn in the same proportions, which appears a little bit wierd to me, considerating the fact, that they are on the same plane. but over that - i adore the way, you've drawn her lips and eyes.. she looks a little bit mean and evil here..
it's a really good piece of work!

Thank you much. I may give it another shot eventually cause I'm so in love with these characters now. But not for the contest since we're only allowed one entry. Hm, maybe Joan will let us choose which one we enter. If not, I'm not above submitting random fanart for no altererior motive. LOL

hey, there's nothing wrong with the critique for me, i just had my right to reply, didn't i? ^_~ and so i can agree for some mistakes it's only the thing i find proportions of her head fine. there are other things that sucks here and i know it _^_

Really awesome. I really like the pose and overall composition of this picture. The colors are very vibrant and make the picture really stand out. The best thing about it is the expression you put into your characters. I think it really adds a lot in bringing out the 'emotion' (or whatever you would want to call it). Very nice piccy, keep doing more like it!
