tumblr'd here!: vivlin.tumblr.com/post/5519057…I was waiting in line to buy bubble tea a couple days ago when I thought, "Hey, I wonder what I'd look like with ridiculously long hair." yeah.. my mind wanders.. but then I remember when I was really small, I use to resent haircuts. I thought they were evil for some reason.. :T
I also got inspired by the flower crown craze going around recently. Haven't a clue as to why they've suddenly become so popular, but I love flower crowns, so I'm not complaining!

I used to hate hair-cuts as a little kid too.
Now I HATE having my hair touching my shoulders, so now my hair is always cut as a bob that follows my jaw-line. Funny how things change huh?

I love long hair as well. I didn't really get my hair trimmed properly but maybe once when I was 6 I think...? My mother and grandmother didn't want to spend money to get the split end trimmed because they thought it was a waste, so my grandmother would do it no and again, but she doesn't really know what she's doing. ;___; Now that I have money of my own, I went in and asked to get my split ends trimmed because I want my hair to grow longer and healthier, and they ended up cutting off half my hair and told me to keep coming back after it grows out more... Q____Q My split ends are that bad! OTL I hope my hair grows faster now... Took me 8 years to get it back down to just barely my mid-back again (we had to cut it up past my shoulders in elementary as a last resort against head lice).
My hair woes aside, her face is just so spunky, the soft and rich colors mature and refined, and the gentle waving angles so breezy and free. It really helps capture the spirit of a floral crown.
I hope you don't mind if I do my own version of this with Disney's Rapunzel perhaps.

Haha! Ahh I had really long hair, with a lot of split ends as well! I just chopped it off a week ago actually.. It's only up to my shoulders now, but at least now the split ends are gone! :'D

Oh, of course! XD I don't usually do heavy referencing, so I'll probably just credit you as my inspiration for the concept nonetheless. It's a no-brainer to credit that which you are heavily referencing though I've been having to remind this to those who make mimic-art trying to submit into anime groups lately since the composition is not their own, and actually, it shouldn't be here anyway since without permission of the copyright holder to be using their art, it is breaking copyright laws. Anyways! That was a little bit of a ramble.

I think you're lucky. When I had head lice, my mom "trimmed" my hair down so much, she might as well have shaved me! I totally had a boy hair cut (although my grade school picture that year were adorable, admittedly with short hair). I hated having her cut it, because I always ended up looking like a boy after! LOL
For your hair cut experience, they're just cutting off the "dead hair". They did that to me too when I finally got mine trimmed. My hair grows fast though uwu
You should research some good hair products that'll help your hair be stronger and grow quicker! ouo

I tried a very credible name-brand shampoo and conditioner, just as it was instructed, and it actually made my hair worse. ;___; It became so very brittle and dry when my hair is naturally oily... I've just decided to stick to my regular shampoo.
I'm also anemic and normally sickly, so that doesn't help with any of my growth, let alone normal body functioning. XD
Very sorry about your hair, but I'm glad you can look back on your photos with a smile. >//u//< That sounds so cute. I have a round face and petite features, so I look like I am 12 to most people despite being a young woman in her sophomore year of college (I have to get my boyfriend to come over and be my "adult supervision" to get free food samples in stores =___= ). So, with my hair short, it frames my face to make it look even more round and child-like. At least I can get a few dollars off at establishments like roller-skating, movies, and eating-out! XD My younger brother can't get away with it though~ He's quite a bit bigger than I am, haha.

Sorry to hear about your anemia and stuff ;u; I have a particularly weak immune system so I get sick a lot as well.
Ooh, yeah. Do you have light colored hair, or fair hair? ouo; I think that's common with like, blonds. Not too sure. I had a friend who had fair hair and another who had thick dark hair like I do, and they both tried to use olive oil I think it was to make their hair softer. Needless to say, my fair-haired friend suffered badly from it; she couldn't get it out and when she finally did her hair was even thinner and kind of brittle :c

There was this one shampoo and conditioner my friend used but I can't remember the name. I just remembered it smelled really minty ahaha.
