If the surfaces are smooth enough the reflections come out nicely, not always I can use them. And no, IFS is something I didn't try yet

No, unfortunately I can't sell anything; all the money would go to italian government, not me. And I can't give away high-res images as gift, without the certainty they won't be re-destributed or sold

This is big enough for a A4 print, probably, for your personal (small sized) enjoyment.
