Description
I drew this in about 3 1/2 hours with pen on lined paper. My man took out the lines in Photoshop. Prety much though it came out what I saw in my head, no references no tracing compleately from my head. Lemme know what you think, and comments or suggestions are welcome.Download is recommended.

I'm so glad you like it! Yes, it's a strange little passion of mine. There are so many wonderful fantasy artists on dA, and many don't have the attention they deserve. So I thought I'd do what I can to share their art with everyone.
I particularly liked your "Dragon Horse" because of the Old World style you used. The cloven hooves, lion tail and beard used to be how all unicorns and unicorn-like creatures were depicted. I thought you did a beautiful job of recreating that!

It doesn't look anything like a "Dragon Horse" but more of a Unicorn and Pegasus mixed breed. It also seems like an older horse, like one that's been through alot but still can do it all again. It's very well drawn and I love your handwriting and signature. Only thing is there should be thicker lines on the wings to match the body, prefferably on the bigger feathers to even out the weight of the complete image. Other than that great job.

Dang thanks for this comment. A Unicorn Pegasus is I guess an Alicorn, I labeled one of my other drawings Alicorn, it just sounds like a weak name to me, Dragon horse sounds a bit more fierce and strong. I agree about the darkening the lines on the wings, if I get Photoshop I will try doing that, but as with all of my drawings I think I've lost the original, or gave it away. I'm very happy with this, other then what you've mentioned, it's rare now days for me to come up with anything to draw anymore. I've not drawn anything at all since this drawing In May 2007, it's just not in me till it's in me you know? lol. Hopefully this year, maybe 2 years will let me come up with something new I can only hope. Thank you again and sorry it's taken so long to respond.

But the wings only took a little over an hour. Thanks though, not to many comments on it I was thinking it's worse then I thought it was haha.
