They are drawn to fast-moving things and will often chase after people, Pokemon and vehicles, generating electricity in the organ on its rear as it runs. Sparks are seen emanating from it because Yamper cannot store electricity. Joltik are known to feed on the static on its rear. Yamper are often trained to herd Wooloo, but it generally expects treats in exchange for assistance. Yamper evolves into Boltund.
