and you mine evrything in the mountain
then you use glass etc ... and you have a nice under water city

Damn! This is incredible! How long does it take to do something like this? I don't play Minecraft, so I have no idea how you even do this kind of stuff.

Depends on how you make it. There are a few ways to do this:
1) Make the glass dome first, then use sponges to drain the water inside
2) Replace the water with another material in the shape of the dome, then add glass on the outside and remove the material inside
3) Use a manipulation program like MCEdit or WorldEdit to generate a shape, then drain the inside.

I once did something like way smaller... I swear it took me like 2 days...
my method: fill the area you wanna make ur home with random blocks, place a wall of glass around those blocks, remove all the other blocks inside.

Before I click it, I thought it was a normal house built under the sea, and the torches were all covered with glass panes and 2 block one above and other below xD but that's better
