The Vulcan assassin with a laser knife. Character and costume concept.I started this painting in May 2009. Worked on it every few months, adding details, erasing others. Last week I decided I would finish it. It's been gestating long enough

Love this character concept, and in particular her outfit. Looks like she could be from Ancient or Medieval Vulcan (assuming Vulcans invented lasers at a much earlier stage than we Humans did, which Β I wouldn't put past them.) But she could also be a fun character in the 23rd or 24th Century.Β

I like the pause, and the lightening in the face, for a moment you are trying new colors in the lightning, it's great.
