I remade "Lizzie Scissors" for Lauren, a new friend of mine and a fellow dollmaker
She asked for shoulder length black hair and eyes like "Chelsea". If you havn't seen Lauren's dolls, you should check them out. She's VERY talented and full of humor.

I got them at Joann's fabric store in the scissor isle. I was surprised they had so many tiny scissors! hehehe
Your plushies are totally cute! You have your own style and that's great!
I still feel like I have sooooooooo much more that needs major improving. My weekness is clothing, since I've never had any prior experience with making them, it's been hard. And I could improve on the hairstyles too I think. I'd like to get one of those books on doll making hair techniques one of these days. Right now tho, I'm a stay at home mom and don't have the kind of time I need to really get into the research and major improving. One of these days, when my kids are bigger I'll have LOADS of time, so I'm not too concerned. I just keep makin the dolls and having a blast doing it.
Some stuff I use that I can't live without are: Scribbles fabric paint and Alene's ok to wash it glue.
