Dowoopa is a Large Ant like Invertebrate with Beetle like Traits, Its Six Legs Have Hard Shell like plates two additional plates are found on the Dowoopa Back and Abdomen, much of the Insect body is red in colour apart from its grey claws, Black antennae, Blue eyes, Violet joints, Dark red plates and Light brown Beak.

Taxonomy:

Dowoopa are Ground Base Species of Neonthropod, with characteristics traits of certain species of Beetles.

Description:

The Dowoopa is a Species of Forests Neonthropods found only on Planet Feraross, they are quite the size of a Wild Boar from Earth and has a Kick that hurts twice as much than a kick from a Donkey, these Beetle like Neonthropods are Herbaceous Scavengers of the forest grounds, eating up Leaves, Twigs, Bark, Fruit and even the common Boenark trees.

During the Day They scuttle about the forest looking for food and at Dusk they retreat by digging underground away from Nighttime predators, during Summer they gorge themselves on the bounty of fruits ands wood, and thanks to their Powerful Stomachs they can deal with the flora Bounty of Toxins without issue, but when Winter Looms all Dowoopas retreats back underground and builds temporary Hibernation nests, they collect any Food that will help them last for Winter underground and never come up again until Spring, they also mate during Summer, Females Carries their eggs until they are close to hatch, when the time comes females buries the eggs in Soft soil outside of the forest edge since the soil there is at its most fragile and leaves it, the Hatchling Dowoopas then dig themselves out and makes a mad dash to the safety of the Undergrowth Foliage, as they are easy prey for just about any Predator that lives in the Forests, it will take 5 months for a Dowoopa to grown half its size and another 3 to reach Adult size, Dowoopas apparently can only live for 3 Years the oldest ones having a Duller Red Tone in their carapace.
