Description Kinda on a roll, 2 PA's in one day.

Sooo...this is Starla (She is unnamed in the raw version of Sonic X but 4kids gives her a name), one of Hertia's crew. It's implied that she's one of Cosmo's sisters or a family member. Personally, i'd think Violet would suit her better considering she seems to depict the violet flower and Cosmo is named after a flower, as is Hertia (Her mother) and we can hardly take 4kids' name as automatically canon right?

Anyway, she took about an hour to do, it's ok-ish i guess.

Awesome, I'm a fan of Cosmo's species, I call her that too. Did you make that out of "Microsoft Paint?"

Yes ^^ I make all of my Pixel art in my gallery in Paint I only called her that because that's what she's called in the dub of Sonic X. I don't believe she actually *has* a name in the JP/FR episodes of 62 and 74 @_@
