Cosmo's 'Adult' form from Sonic X. Sonic Retro calls this form "Blooming Cosmo", which is very appropriate if you ask me. Don't know if that name is official though.

Not gonna lie: I kinda wish she would return as a recurring character in the games. If not playable at least a kind-hearted friend that would help her pals every now and again.

Screen-shotting the animation frame-by-frame and resizing them took a long, long time. It was worth it given the smoothness of the completed stamp

Took a lot of patience that's for sure. Took my two hours just to screen-shot resize and create each frame. And that's not counting each frame having added transparency and putting all the frames into my GIF animator.
