Here's a photo of my upgraded Black Gold Saw cosplay!
I sculpted and cast my own silicone claw gloves. The gloves were MEANT for Black Rock Shooter Beast, but I figured I could also use it for Black Gold Saw.

It looks like it's made out of some sort of foam or plastic.
Also, I've never seen... Whatever this is, but the costume seems dead on if I look up Black Gold Saw, I'm sure.
