Since the only glimpse we got from the stigma is in the manga i figured i should at list try and portray it how i believe it looks like.Stigma is the wound that stays in all claymores bodies after they open them up to put the yoma flesh and blood. But in Clare's case is Teresa's flesh and blood.
It's believed that the stigma is also claymores weakest point.
