Water blade-D-strong water wave cutting through everything. that is all of it, nothing special.
Water tornado-D-it can be done only on water or in it. She spins around with the water creating a tornado.
pillars tha justice-C-basically created one of the tranings of the monks or the ninjas. on a pillars high over the ground. If someone falls he die or if he try to run more pillars appears and if he try run somewhere higher if there is a rocks above, more pillars come out of it preventing him from doing so.
Water and earth combination- Tree of Eternityd-C-that is a giant tree, where are hidden traps and the rots and branches are alive. if they got you they can crash your body easily

Yukari learn how to use it from her grandfather, sinse her parent were to busy to give her some attention. Because of that she trust only her brother. Unfortunatly her village is attacked and destroyed by creatures named Flying hunters. Those who survived left the island which their village occupied to search for new place to rebild their home. She got separate from the others, forced to fight for herself. That is when she get in a real fight with outcast Ninjas. She luckily survived, left with a scare over her left eye. Later on she meet Akatsuki and join the organization. For her surprise one of her old friends Yashin happen to fight for Konoha. After noone of Akatsuki left alive she was proposed to join Konoha by her friend, but she refused.
