Officially I made Phoenix into an actual character. I was struggling with his design and after few failed attemots I made him into his circus and his butler appearance.

Actual name: Mason (refered to as big bro by the other first string members)

Hair color: Blond, half of it he died light orange
Eyes: Dark Brown
Act: Fire dancer
Species: Demon/Former human
Personality: He has a strong sense of justice and loyalty. He is short tempered and quickly loses his patiance if he is provoked. He is also very over protective of Joker and the others. He has a strong teretmination to proect those who are in need, because he knows what it feels like to be on your own against everyone else.
Weapon: Samurai sword he stole from the Far East collection of one of the noblemen he eliminates

Background:
He grows up in an orphanage where he was left by his mother. But because of being constantly bullied by other kids he decided to run away. He had few fail attempts until he finally managed to escape when he is almost 15 years old. He is living on the streets since then, learning how to steal food and pick pocket people of high status. He also quickly learned he has to fight in order to defend himself and survive.
When he is 18 he meets Joker. He defended him from the baker who Joker stole from. Phoenix even used brute force against the older man when simple negotion didn't work. Since then he sticks with Joker and the others. He is oblivious or just pretend to not notice Joker's small crush on him. Even when he reunited with him in the other after they thought he is dead for a year.
During the time he was separated from them he was tortured by noble man who he stole from, then thrown to die in an old church in the outskirts of London, which they set on fire. In his final moments he desperately prayed to God for his "family"'s safety. He blained himself for not being stronger to orotect them. His oreyers were heard by a demon who offered him a deal. His soul in exchange for a demon powers. Phoenix agreed and the demon took his soul reincarnating him into a demon. Phoenix uses his new demon abilities to seek revenge against the noblemen and after that to find Joker and the others. Not too long after their reunion the Nhoa circus was found.
He realizes at their first show in London when he meet face to face with Sabastian it was him who eats his soul and turned him into a demon. Since that moment Sebastian takes enjoyment in teasing him and make him angry or uncomfortable. (I know this will change the story too much and I am sorry, but the change is necessary). The night at Kelvin's manor he arrives in time to protect Joker from Sebastian and to stop him from killing Ciel. He burns Kalvin in his final moments if life and releases the children. That is when the doctor appears shooting him to slow him down. Watching what follows pushed him to interfere with Sebastian before he can burn everything. He uses his demon powers to make Ciel fall asleep so he can reason with Sebastian and they make another deal. Joker is let to leave in exchange of Phoenix's services. After the case is closed Phoenix is hired as Ezizabeth butler.
