I used a displacement map on the shirt for the nipples. Worked easier than trying to do magnets or morphs.

once you have used a displacement, you'll never go back. Seriously though... displacement maps kick ass, as they can simulate geometry without modeling. It is awesome. Look in my archive gallery and open Dragaera. The fur on the corset trim is generated using a displacement map only. The displacement map was a flat image that looked like a starry speckled night with an extreme elevated displacement of almost an inch, creating the spiky fur look. That's just one other example of displacement map use. You should definitely try it out.

Yeah, cool affect. I did a render recently with a chainmail suit (see my The Paladin - Revised pics) that I used the displamenent/bump maps to get the proper look out of. I found it very cool so it's something I am looking for ways to practice.
