Yay, it is finally finished!
(Actually it was already but I could only post now due to my forced hiatus
) I really like how it turned out, though it was really hard and time-consuming to work with every detail on it and make it look like I wanted to
For this painting, I wanted to follow your instructions and do something colorful without being rainbow:> I tried my hand at darker colors and used some watercolors and such to see the effect
...And I don't know what else to say about it, but I'm pretty satisfied with it. I hope you'll like, too.

Just got way too caught up in RL and some personal drama that I don't know if I want to bring on the webz and I didn't really visit dA anymore. This summer was pretty much a break from.. everything, really. I did nothing besides some soul searching and it was kind of ok. I'm cool, not dead yeeeetttt
Got to an astonishing number of unchecked deviations and journals and was just trying to catch up with things,finally.

owh... this is the 2nd DD of 1 of my linearts recently... although it's not directly, but i'm glad that my lineworks r getting recognition... 
this is so pretty... i almost can't believe u colored this traditionally... & u spent 17 hours on it... that's like wow... u r so patient... wish i could color like this...
