It will have its challenges, it's true. Maybe an external food source will be necessary; I'm hardly an expert on changeling dietary requirements. Maybe it won't be so easy for 'Tia to induce her dear to leave the hive and stay here. Maybe any number of problems could come up. But if I know 'Tia, she's got considerable power and she will bring all of it to making this work. No matter how ill-advised, she'll move heaven and earth (half of that is routine anyway) to have her love back. She abandoned her nation for Paper last time; I'm sure she'll happily do something far more irresponsible and foolish this time if she has to.

Oh shut up Cadence your heartless intolerant... mare. Even given the leeway of her hijacking your to be husband for a short time your being too much of a presumutious bitch for the self proclaimed, "Princess of Love".
Even if the drone is the reincarnation, (which I hope he isn't for the sake of variety and character growth):
1.Equestrian society would never allow him/her to remain in Equestria never mind marry a Princess, (they wouldn't buy the, "ressurected lover" stuff).
2.He/she has responsibilities to the hive.
3.It would technically make Chryalsis minor royalty which no pony would stand for, (intolerant racist twits).
4.No one will address the bigger question of question Celestia's frankly disturbing and sick stalker complex.
It would be an interesting plot twist if the whole reincarnation thing was just in Celestia's head and those she chose just went along with it out of fear or genuine attraction.
