my reinterpretation of a well known proposal for a flag of the Visegrád Four

i've deleted the coa of Slovakia [since the context makes it clear that it's not Russia] and used the Árpád stripes flag of Hungary [so that adding the fourth colour, green, was not necessary].

i'm aware that this Hungarian symbol is used by far right extremists [mostly the 9-stripes version, but still], so i modified it a little bit. i like the dynamics the blue arrow creates now.
