What my precious possession is, who I'm giving his gift to and why.

This image perceives my opinion on the importance of identity. Of being yourself. The large fish is the image of others whom try to change you into becoming "perfect". The masks of the "perfect" woman are then placed on the other people who are seen as imperfect. I am a Female to Male transgender. My family is still unaware of this and so are most of my friends. Why? Because the few friends I have shared this information with have told me it was a mere phase and that this isn't who I am. I am a man. I was merely placed in the wrong body. But I am tired of hiding from the "perfects" for being someone odd. I give the gift of identity and self confidence in who you are to everyone whom is going through the same problem as I am or who has even gone through this problem. We should be ourselves and be proud of who we've become no matter what anyone says. I am proud of being the man I am today and I will no longer hide behind a mask.
